Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping for all orders over £30. Also, we will deliver, free of charge, orders of any size to Bourne and the surrounding areas (PE10 postcodes).
For all other orders, we have a standard shipping rate of £4.99.
We deliver anywhere within the UK. Delivery is normally within 48hrs from dispatch. You will be able to track your delivery online, using the tracking number we provide, at www.yodel.co.uk/track/
If you realise you have forgotten something, after your order has been dispatched, then please call us and we will arrange for your additional items to be shipped at a reduced rate.
If the courier is unable to deliver the Goods on the delivery date (if, for example, no one is available at your address to receive the Goods) they will leave a call card. This card has the details of the options available to you. To summarise the options they are:
- Your parcel may have been left in an appropriate safe location around your property e.g. your porch, or with one of your neighbours. If so, the card should have these details for you.
- If the parcel could not be left in a safe location or with one of your neighbours the courier will re-attempt delivery on the next working day. Alternatively you can arrange to have your parcel re-delivered on another day, or you may be able to collect it from the depot.
Returns and Exchanges
If a product is damaged or faulty when you receive it
We will do everything we can to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if a product is damaged or faulty when you receive it, please contact us for a speedy resolution. Please see for your legal rights.
If you change your mind
There is a 14 day “Cooling off” period during which you can change you mind for any reason. Please seefor details.
You must contact us within the 14 days of receiving the goods, stating your intention to cancel. Please state your name, address, order number and order date in the communication.
The goods must be in their original condition and any products sealed for hygiene or health reasons must be unopened.
You must bear the costs of returning the goods to us.
If possible, return the goods in the box in which you received them. Ensure the products are protectively packaged and that the box is sealed with tape.
Please retain proof of postage.
